Shipping policy
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international or worldwide shipping.
Some remote locations, PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).
Processing includes:
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Preparation and quality checks
- Secure packaging and dispatch
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
Average delivery time within the United States:
8–12 business days after shipment
This timeframe refers to delivery time only, not including processing.
Estimated total time to receive your order:
9–15 business days (Processing + Delivery)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates and any applicable promotions are clearly displayed at checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free-shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
5. Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
To ensure faster fulfillment, items from the same order may be shipped separately.
- You may receive multiple packages for a single order
- Each package may have its own tracking number
- Tracking numbers will be emailed to you as they become available
This is normal and does not affect the total cost of your order.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.
If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days, please:
- Check your Spam or Promotions folder

7. Shipping Delays & Holidays
Our fulfillment partners and carriers do not operate on weekends or major U.S. public holidays. Orders placed during these periods may experience slight delays.
8. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address:
- We may reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply), or
- Issue a refund minus shipping costs (if applicable)
Packages marked “Return to Sender” should be reported to us immediately.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Photos (if the item is damaged)

We will investigate with the carrier and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.
For orders marked as “Delivered” but not received:
- Please allow 3 additional business days
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us if the issue persists
Delivery-related claims must be submitted within 45 days of the order date.
